Ordering and Shipping:
Customer service has been great during the entire process. I ordered the doll and was contacted as my second head did not have the same colour as the doll and if they should change that to me, which shows that they are not just accepting the order but also take care that everything is how you want it.
Making the doll took a little under a month, after which I was contacted with video and picture to make sure everything is fine, before they ship it. I was very happy with the provided video and then given 2 options.
I could either take the fast delivery option (7 days) and pay customs myself, or have it sent by train. I went by train, as I did not want to handle customs.
Train ride took around 40 days and the doll arrived in a discrete box.
The doll itself was well packaged and only had a minor issue with the calfs (skin moved during shipping), which I was able to fix myself by simply moving the foot a couple of times.
Taking it out of the box I was a bit surprised by the weight, much heavier than you would expect when you see the small size. I have grown to like that though, as it makes sure that it doesn’t move around much while in use.
Fingers feel very realistic, and I´m pretty happy with the firmness overall. Butt could be a bit softer, but its not a huge problem.
Moving the limbs requires quite a bit of strength, but the doll appears to be very sturdy.
